Teleport Cloud will be upgrading customers during their selected upgrade window. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect to their respective clusters. Connectivity may be disrupted for 2-10 minutes depending on the number of connected resources in the cluster.
Teleport Cloud customers will be upgraded to v13.4.16 during their selected upgrade window. Customers who are not running a v13 cluster will experience disruption when their services restart.
Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the "Help & Support" section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for "Window Start Time" in the "SCHEDULED UPGRADES" section.
