Cloud Tenant Upgrade Scheduled Dec 4, 2023 16:00 - Dec 5, 2023 10:00 UTC
Teleport Cloud will be upgrading customers during their selected upgrade window. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect to their respective clusters. Connectivity may be disrupted for 2-10 minutes depending on the number of connected resources in the cluster.

Teleport Cloud customers running v13 will be upgraded to 14.2.1 if all connected agents are compatible with the upgrade.

Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the "Help & Support" section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for "Window Start Time" in the "SCHEDULED UPGRADES" section.

2. New connections for clients and agents in may be temporarily unavailable.

Service disruption during this maintenance window is expected to be ephemeral. In cases of failure, retries on the client or agent side should lead to successful connections.

Scheduled - Teleport Cloud will be performing maintenance impacting the Slack integration feature.

Auth servers will be restarted for all customers who already have a Slack integration set up. Restarts will happen during the 1600 UTC upgrade window. No impact to active sessions or availability of services is expected.

Customers who do not already have Slack integration configured will not be able to set up a new Slack integration until their upgrade window has passed.
