Teleport Cloud will be performing a tenant migration to new infrastructure. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect after the migration is complete. This migration window impacts a subset of customers.
The Teleport Cloud team has developed and deployed new infrastructure to support more customers, enhance performance, and enable global access for all tenants. Migration to this new platform will occur in stages over multiple weeks and downtime is expected to be similar to a Teleport version upgrade where connectivity is briefly disrupted.
Due to the large number of customers to migrate, the Cloud Team will migrate tenants in groups. The migration for a specific tenant may not occur during a customer's selected migration window. For more detailed information about which day your tenant is scheduled for migration, please contact Teleport customer support.
