We are scheduling a maintenance window to update hosting infrastructure across all regions between 0100 and 0800 UTC on 2023-09-29.

During the maintenance window the following impacts are expected:
1. Established connections of clients and agents may be terminated when services restart.
2. New connections for clients and agents in may be temporarily unavailable.

Service disruption during this maintenance window is expected to be ephemeral. In cases of failure, retries on the client or agent side should lead to successful connections.
