404 errors when adding resources

Identified

Users are reporting 404 error when using the webui to add resources such as servers to the cluster. Resources can still be added via the CLI. This was a regression in 8.3.5 which will be fixed in 8.3.6. Tenants will begin to receive upgrades during our next change window starting at 9AM CET which will resolve the regression.
