Teleport Cloud will be upgrading customers during their selected upgrade window. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect to their respective clusters. Connectivity may be disrupted for 2-10 minutes depending on the number of connected resources in the cluster.
Teleport Cloud customers running v13 will be upgraded to v13.3.9, v12 will be upgraded to v12.4.17 and v11 will be upgraded to v11.3.24 during their selected upgrade window.
Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the "Help & Support" section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for "Window Start Time" in the "SCHEDULED UPGRADES" section.
