Teleport Cloud will be applying a configuration change to select customers during the 16:00 UTC upgrade window. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect to their respective clusters. Connectivity may be disrupted for 2-10 minutes depending on the number of connected resources in the cluster.
Teleport Cloud customers running v13, v14, or v15 that have the 16:00 UTC maintenance window will be updated.
Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the "Help & Support" section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for "Window Start Time" in the "SCHEDULED UPGRADES" section.
