Teleport Cloud will be upgrading customers during their selected upgrade window. As a result, some active sessions through Teleport Cloud may be terminated. SSH sessions between Teleport clients (tsh & tbot) and agents running up-to-date versions of Teleport will be unaffected. However, other connections longer than 5 minutes may experience a single connection cut that is immediately resumable. To minimize potential disruption, please keep your Teleport clients and agents up-to-date.

Teleport Cloud customers running 17.x will be upgraded to 17.3.3, 16.x will be upgraded to 16.4.17, and 15.x will be upgraded to 15.4.30 during their selected upgrade window. Also, customers on older major versions will be upgraded provided all their agents are compatible with the next major version.

Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the “Help & Support” section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for “Window Start Time” in the “SCHEDULED UPGRADES” section.
