Teleport Cloud will be upgrading customers during their selected upgrade window. As a result, all active sessions to Teleport Cloud will be terminated. Teleport agents will automatically reconnect to their respective clusters. Connectivity may be disrupted for 2-10 minutes depending on the number of connected resources in the cluster.

Teleport Cloud customers running v15 will be upgraded to v15.4.7 and v14 to v14.3.21 during their selected upgrade window. Also, customers on older major versions will be upgraded provided all their agents are compatible with the next major version.

Customers can change their upgrade window by navigating to the "Help & Support" section in the Teleport WebUI and clicking the edit button for "Window Start Time" in the "SCHEDULED UPGRADES" section.
